An economical, easy-to-cure hay mix. Timothy is the most popular grass hay among horse owners and can also serve as pasture. Prefers well-drained soil with pH between 6.0 and 7.0.

Hayland Mix – 16 lbs. per acre

50% Climax Timothy

50% Medium Red Clover

An economical forage mix that is half clover. Tolerates slightly acidic soils, although maximum yields are obtained at pH of 6.0 or higher. Each bag contains a pre-measured packet of inoculant. Mix thoroughly immediately before planting.

BG-34 Perennial Ryegrass – 30 lbs. per acre (broadcasting); 15 lbs. per acre (no-till)

The most winter hardy of all forage-type perennial ryegrass, BG-34 is ideal for overseeding to thicken up existing pastures. Palatable and nutritious for grazing cattle, sheep, or horses. Endophyte-free. High-seedling vigor and rapid establishment make BG-34 a perfect choice for no-till seeding with or without herbicide suppression of existing vegetation. May also be broadcast or frost-seeded.
